We founded Sapore Italia Yiziwei Food Co. Ltd. in October 2008, because as managers of bars and restaurants ourselves we wanted to meet the need for a reliable supply of imported foods in Southwest China...

We mostly cater restaurants, bars and hotels in Southwest China, but can also supply to clients throughout China. 

We also deliver to priate customers in Kunming, Dali and Lijiang where we have our retails shops.

With our experience in the restaurant and catering business we are always here to advise you on different products and help you choose the right product for your needs. 

We can train your Chefs and kitchen staff for free on how to use our imported ingredients to make your Italian dishes more genuine and authentic. We give useful tips that will make you spare time in preparing real Italian food and make it more refined.

Or, if you already have a bar or a kitchen but have never prepared any western food before, you can ask us a quotation for menu-building and consequent kitchen staff training by one of the professional Italian Chefs who regularly cooperate with us. 

All our Chefs come from the best Italian restaurants and International hotels in China.

Also, if you have a bar but are not sure about which kind of wine to choose, we can build with you for free a completely Italian wine list and our Italian sommelier will train your hall and bar staff in order to sell better your Italian wine!

After the training we can also organize if you like a wine tasting open to the public where the sommelier will introduce the new wines paired to your best food!
